How to Get There
- There are two ways to get to the landmine museum from Siem Reap. If you have an Angkor Pass, you can through though the Angkor Park. Head to the east of Srah Srang towards Preah Dak. Here you can pick up road 67 and head north to Banteay Srei.
If you don’t have an Angkor Pass, head out along national Road 6 towards Roluos. Turn left at at Apsara Road and continue until you get to the Angkor Ticket Office. At the roundabout, turn right and keep going along Road 60 until you reach another roundabout about 3 or 4 kilometres down the road. Turn left onto Road 67 and keep going north for another 20km and you’ll eventually see the museum on the right side.
The distance isn’t too far from town and you can easily take a tuk tuk to the museum. If you can handle a 50 or 60km round trip on a bicycle, then cycling might be a nice alternative.
